Eberly is hosting a Galactic Rodeo themed party, where you’ll explore the cosmos-themed dance floor with interstellar clouds, live performances, and a mechanical bull. Chef Jo Chan will be making brisket, borracho beans, and Mexican corn; chef Sarah Seghi will serve space-themed desserts. The cosmic evening also includes sets by DJ Gatsby, retro arcade games and photo booth, midnight champagne toast, and a costume contest at 1am.
