Led by Tanya Zal and contributed to by Alison Whitworth, Addie Oscher, Aaron Amin, Jamie Lerman, Mac Benson, and Penny Halcyon, this hand-built ceramic oven contains not only limestone, soil, sand, and straw but pieces of MASS’ previous community creative events. Celebrate the ultimate erection of this communal cob oven – which will remain as a permanent part of the Gallery – with oven-fired pizza and a materials archive curated by Time Being Books on display ’til Dec. 13.
