Harrell brought his award-winning blues to Austin, the 28-year-old dynamo turned his midday Austin Blues Festival set into the most electrifying performance of a weekend that featured P-Funk and Jimmie Vaughan. Harrell, still promoting last year’s sophomore LP Talkin’ Heavy, returns with his syrupy sweet vocals and Freddie King-esque guitar feel this Saturday at Antone’s.
