Grammy Award-winning pianist Daniil Trifonov comes to The Mansion for a solo recital. Named Musical America’s Artist of the Year and Gramophone’s Artist of the Year, Trifonov won medals at the Chopin, Rubinstein and Tchaikovsky competitions in a single season. His performances are celebrated for their tenderness, virtuosity and dramatic intensity. The program spans Handel, Stravinsky, Schubert and a second half of Latin American works, including Trifonov’s own Tango. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for dinner and an open bar; the recital begins at 7:30 p.m.
