CAZAYOUX seems to tap into the wild rhythms that make up the undercurrent of reality. Channeling and pushing beyond Afrobeat, funk, and jazz elements, the ensemble’s mighty sound will blow through Radio/East in celebration of a new album, Alpha Centauri. The already released title track is a piece of futuristic, smooth funk elevated by something previously unseen through all the group’s experimentation – vocals – a sign that, on this cosmically influenced album, CAZAYOUX’s sound is ever-expanding.
