One year for Crazy Hat Day at school, I wore a large plush cat with a ribbon sewn on to keep it in place – Kat in the Cat Hat. Feel free to borrow the idea for this costume storytime where the Cat in the Hat will be in attendance to “sign” books and take photos at a meet & greet.
