What started as a friendly competition between two friends is now an annual competition among chefs and home cooks. Each contestant submits three gallons of their finest Cajun cuisine to be judged by a panel of judges and guests, and half the proceeds go to nonprofit Operation Turkey while the other half will go to a charity chosen by the winner.
