From local nonprofit BRAVE (Build Relationships Awareness Voices and Engagement) comes a community gathering for all those interested in making the connection between “financial well-being, mental health, and economic mobility.” But you’ll also get a little physical mobility, as along with a panel discussion about finance topics like overcoming the shame around seeking support, avoiding fraud and scams in the age of AI, and budgeting, debt management, and generational wealth creation tips, there’ll be a K-pop dance de-stress session with LASA High School’s Choreopop crew. Plus, two of BRAVE’s youth groups show off their mental health and economic mobility projects. Ain’t all that something to groove to? – James Scott
