With a selection of video shorts representing all four elements of hip-hop: breaking, graffiti, DJ'ing, and emceeing (rapping). Screening includes a Q&A session with some of the filmmakers followed by a panel discussion with notable Austin bboys/bgirls, graffiti artists, DJs, and rappers.
