Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden brings the spirit of New Orleans to Rainey Street with Pardi Gras, a free, three-day Mardi Gras–style celebration running Friday, February 20 through Sunday, February 22, 2026. With the rallying cry “Let the Sausage Times Roll,” the weekend delivers live brass bands, Zydeco, and R&B, a Cajun-inspired menu, bourbon barrel beer releases, and over-the-top interactive fun. Expect beads flying, plates stacked, drinks flowing, and nonstop music. Each day, Banger’s crowns a King and Queen of Pardi Gras, complete with a photo-ready throne fit for a Second Line parade.
