In this biting satire, Damon Wayans stars as a frustrated TV exec who creates a racist minstrel show in an effort to get fired, but to his chagrin, the show is a huge hit. Ashley Clark, author of the book Facing Blackness, will introduce the screening and join for a booksigning after the event. In collaboration with Film Desk, copies of the book will be available for purchase at the AFS Cinema box office.
