Austin Reptile Shows Just for Kids!

A quick aside: I think it’s very funny when event titles have, pardon the repetition, a quick aside built in. Yes, the reptile show bit is self-explanatory, but you must remember that this is a reptile show just for kids ages 6 to 10. Adults will have to find their own lizard, snake, etc.-based amusements. In any case, many favorite memories of mine as a youth in Arizona were meeting the native scaled beasts of the desert like the oft-mispronounced Gila monster. Therefore, I predict Austinite kiddos are sure to enjoy shaking tails with such awesome animals as pythons, geckos, sulcata tortoises, etc., presented by local husband & wife team Michael and Christie Foux. – James Scott
