(ROUND ROCK, Texas) — The Ruby Hotel & Bar invites guests and the community to celebrate the Creative Arts Society (CAS) February Artist of the Month, Mike Smoller, with a special Artist Showcase Meet & Greet in the bar area. Based in Austin, the Creative Arts Society is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting creativity and nurturing the “Artist in Everyone” through community engagement and artistic development.
