Art & Copy, ‘The Prospect of Beauty,’ is a zine written and designed by Dipika Kohli, who edits the monthly zine Art & Copy and hosts the Art & Copy International Zine Club, too. This issue is set in Singapore and Malaysia, and is a short work of fiction based on real stories told to the author over the last ten years while she traveled to and from those countries from a base in Cambodia. This story is about a young woman’s dilemma: should she respect social mores, or succumb to an urge to attempt ‘the creative life?'
