"An Orchestra of Supergiants"
The latest site-specific dance production from BLiPSWiTCH takes place on the third floor of an office building, with eight dancers and live original musical composition. "An Orchestra of Supergiants" is a living archive of déjà vu: accumulated sounds and movement that shape our personhood and reveal how little of human existence we are able to hold and perceive. It’s not about the office, but it is about how even our own memories are an echoing variation on sameness, eroding and distorting with each return until we are no longer able to feel their totality.
