An Afternoon with Amanda Johnston

Texas’ 2024-25 Poet Laureate Amanda Johnston has been staying busy the last couple of months sharing her new poetry anthology Praisesong for the People: Poems from the Heart and Soul of Texas, which collects dozens of poems from Texan artists both emerging and recognized. Join her and several other local luminaries for a special afternoon of poetry and connection, with speakers followed by a booksigning.
