Given America’s staggering wealth inequality and ongoing devaluation of workers, the Austin Film Society has chosen a particularly timely film to kick off its annual spotlight on new documentaries. Yael Bridge’s Who Moves America follows UPS workers in New York, Kentucky, California, and other states as they gear up for a historic strike. Producer Yoni Golijov (All the Beauty and the Bloodshed) will be in attendance for a Q&A, as will other filmmakers throughout the nine-film, four-day-long program, with subjects ranging from a fishing village in Maine to the SpaceX HQ in Boca Chica to a teenage contortionist in Guinea. – Kimberley Jones
