Three extraordinary days of LIVE PERFORMANCES AND DRUM AND DANCE WORKSHOPS for all and community celebration brought to Austin by Master Artists from African and the African diaspora traditions. Family friendly. Two exhilarating performances on Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov.7 at the Boyd Vance Theater, at George Washington Carver Museum and Cultural Center. Drum and Dance workshops on Saturday, Nov.7 at the Carver Museum and Sunday, Nov. 8 at Ballet Afrique Contemporary Dance. All levels welcome. To close the celebration, on Sunday, Nov.8: Traditional West African party! at Sahara Lounge. FREE EVENT! Open to the community! EVERYBODY IS WELCOME!
