Travis County Parks Foundation is kicking off Earth Week by hosting the 4th Annual “For the Love of Parks” Festival, celebrating the county’s 27 parks and the ways they enrich our community.
This year’s free, public event marks the official launch of the Park Stewards Program, a volunteer initiative for community members.
The event will also feature family friendly activities including live music, face painting, food, sports, and more. New this year is a ‘Park Passport’ activity. Guests can collect stamps from park activities and return completed passports for a free swag and entry into a prize drawing.
