Austin Smiles – The Austin Plastic Surgery Foundation will celebrate 40 years of changing lives at its Wish Upon A Smile Gala on November 7, 2026, at The Oasis on Lake Travis. The event supports Austin Smiles’ mission of providing life-changing cleft care to children and families in Central Texas and Latin America. Gala Co-Chairs Dina Melhem and Blanca Ibarra are leading this milestone celebration. Austin Smiles will honor founding surgeons Dr. Fred Wilder and Dr. Bill Gorman with the 8th Annual Cullington, Fox, Beckham International Service Award. The evening will be emceed by Yvonne Nava.
