In celebration of Texas Independence Day, we’re raising a glass the only way we know how. Join us for Bottled in Bond: A 100 Proof Texas Celebration on February 28, 2026, at the distillery in Hye. Alongside Bottled in Bond, we’ll release this year’s Cask Strength Balmorhea Single Barrel, with proceeds benefiting the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation.
