11th Annual Water, Texas Film Festival

Texas Water Foundation is proud to present our 11th Annual, Water Texas Film Festival! The Water, Texas Film Festival invites emerging filmmakers from across the state to share and celebrate what water means to them. We are excited to preview our finalists at the event. Additionally, this year, we are honored to showcase the premiere of Hope for the Guadalupe with a Q+A discussion from its creators, Ben Masters and Fin and Fur Films.
