If there’s one down side to BookPeople, it’s that they have so many booksignings and readings that it’s hard to keep up with what author is coming to town next. Actually, there’s another problem. There’s only one BookPeople. Its model of educated staff, huge stock, regular events, and the warm approachability that book-lovers crave should be a global phenomenon.
