When you can't get in to see your fave stylist because sheis being featured at a prestigious color convention, you know you're in the right place - even though your roots may have to wait a week. It's also a testament to how well the salon is managed that the turnover in stylists is slow, even if the employees' own hair color changes almost weekly.
