SUMMARY:Faust With the Invincible Czars
DESCRIPTION:The Invincible Czars continue their tradition of adding a live score spanning classic\, bossa nova\, and heavy metal genres to silent films\, this time to a film from Germany 100 years ago. Directed by F.W. Murnau\, Faust tells the origin story of the Faustian bargain\, as an elderly alchemist makes a deal with the devil for power\, glory\, and earthly delights. We can all guess how that turns out. The sex\, death\, and drama this deal entails are perfect fodder for a dramatic Czar interpretation. &#8\;– Lina Fisher
