As far as I’m aware\, these are all still well observed by the adult Halloween-enjoying community. But the act of walking around showing off the costume you worked on – or your mom worked on while you gave notes – remains an underwhelming aspect of the 21+ party experience. Here’s where the Mystic Krewe of Chiroptera comes in: This Saturday\, they’re leading an all-ages parade where costumed community members can join “the circus” and show off their All Hallows’ Eve habiliments.
