DESCRIPTION:Originally slated for March\, the band’s Mohawk date was rescheduled after Philadelphia-based emo outfit Sweet Pill canceled more than half of their spring tour for personal reasons. The fourpiece’s hiatus followed the release of their sophomore studio album\, Still There’s a Glow\, where sharper production gives shape to the group’s jagged\, metallic currents. Across the record\, Sweet Pill stretch their post-hardcore roots beyond their traditional confines\, pulling in textured shoegaze and pop-punk melodies to balance their heavier trills.
