Iconoclastic percussionist/vocalist Kahil El’Zabar lives in his own sound world\, one in which jazz\, blues\, and global percussion traditions meld. Together they make a new kind of vibe – freely improvised\, forward-thinking\, and impossibly soulful. The duo’s 2023 Austin show conjured some heavenly magic for those lucky enough to attend\, and this show will be no different.
